We are pleased to announce that we are currently carrying out Project Little Ukebox, which is a collaboration between: The Patatas, Vinnie Classroom and Little Bodhi Student Care Centre. This project aims to cultivate appreciation of music in the children and provide a more hands on experience by learning and playing of the ukulele!
Under the programme, a total of 19 children in two groups of 10 and 9 children respectively, will be taught over the coming 4 months. The children will showcase their learnings during our Children’s Day performance and Bursary awards ceremony at the end of the year.
The Patatas is an organisation which work to provide resources, enable funding and offer idea support to non-profit organizations (NGOs), social enterprises and committed individual activists. Vinnie Classroom is a team of vibrant and dynamic music teachers, conducting lessons one-to-one, small groups and classroom environments. They teach a variety of musical instruments and have experience catering and coaching a wide range of clients, from small personal sessions to large groups of students.
